This blog began when Life’s Tumblr featured a gallery of Philip’s quotes and it all came together for me (a long-time royal fanatic).  Royal quotes are sometimes dumb (or dumb-founding), sometimes poignant, and sometimes surprisingly insightful.  No the images don’t exactly follow the “rules” for hipster images.  I had intended that to be the case, but things change.  Besides…that would probably be too mainstream.

I don’t include the context of the quotes but I do try to include the source of the material if you want to context. If there is no source ask and I may be able to tell you though you may not want to know. Quotes that have been suggested to me without a source are used on faith though I try to find documentation.  All submitted posts will be tagged “submission” and credited.  Be sure to check out the Royal Roster to learn more about the royals.
